Viking Footprints – historical handcraft experiences

At Viking Footprints we offer a range of historical experiences that demonstrate and give you a chance to try handcrafts that date back to the Viking Age.

You can learn about old handcraft techniques, food traditions, plants and farming, and ancient mystical belief and folklore. You may even learn some secrets from the area that very few people know about today.

At a visit to us, you will be welcomed as our private guests, and you will be treated with traditional hospitality.

It is also possible to have a lunch of home made snacks that consists of locally made food, including from our own Viking garden or harvested in our forest. Everything with a hint of Viking Age, and based on local tradition.
